Krtashivananda\" src=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/05\/krtashivananda.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"121\" height=\"170\" \/><\/a>A one-day seminar organised by\u00a0<strong>Istituto di Ricerca Prout<\/strong>\u00a0(IRP) at Parma, Italy, was addressed by\u00a0<strong>Ac Krtas<\/strong><strong><\/strong><strong>hivananda<\/strong>\u00a0director of <em>Global Prout Research Institute<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>In the light of the harmful consequences of Globalization of Economy for every single country, the agenda of the seminar has been centered on the neccessity to develope the\u00a0<strong>local economy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Is has been explained by Ac. Krtashivananda to around 20 participants, belonging to different organizations, what are the ways and the features of the <strong>local economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The main purpose to emphasise on local economy\u00a0was to increase the purchasing power of the people and to\u00a0counter drainage of economy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ac. Krtashivananda Avt<\/strong>. touched certain features of centralised economy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effects of Globalisation on local economy, local production, marketing etc.<\/li>\n<li>How local economy, in present set up, is influenced by the\u00a0economic policy of the State\u00a0and Global economic policy that emphasises on free flow of goods and money.<\/li>\n<li>What can we do locally: in the fields of Agriculture, small scale industries and marketing and trade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/?attachment_id=1061\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1061\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1061\" title=\"bonotto\" src=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bonotto.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"88\" height=\"120\" \/><\/a>Tarcisio Bonotto<\/strong>, president of IRP Italia, has underlined the damages resulted, in the local and national fabric of farm, industrial production and commerce, by the globalization policies (WTO, IMF, WB).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some\u00a0counter measures based on \u00a0PROUT economic policy were forwarded:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of local\u00a0projects, in the fields of agriculture, small scale industries, and local trade to counter the influence of\u00a0big\u00a0industries, multistores and monopolized businesses.<\/li>\n<li>One venture could be taken up by local farmers: to organize their own whole sale market on cooperative basis to counter the monopoly of big businesses.<\/li>\n<li>A discussion was held in this regard and the participants also agreed to explore the possibility of developing small scale industries and the possibility of availability of fund for such projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/?attachment_id=1727\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1727\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1727\" title=\"bressanin-f\" src=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/bressanin-f.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"123\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Franco Bressanin,<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>secretary of IRP Italia, has guided the workshop, an exercise about the economic and people organization.<br \/>\nDifferent proposals\u00a0have emerged:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education in the schools about\u00a0coordinate cooperation and not subordinate cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of small collective production activities in agriculture and developing cooperative market by the farmers.<\/li>\n<li>Vocational training for\u00a0the new\u00a0arts\u00a0and crafts, promote\u00a0youth centers for socialisation and integration.<\/li>\n<li>Development of\u00a0cultural activities, and to promote training centers for developing artistic\u00a0capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Other ideas have\u00a0emerged from the\u00a0participants\u00a0to be explored\u00a0in\u00a0subsequent seminars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Paper Clip:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1062\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/?attachment_id=1062\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1062\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1062\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-1062\" title=\"articolo_salso\" src=\"http:\/\/proutistuniversal.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/articolo_salso-200x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1062\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">17\/04\/2011 Salsomaggiore terme<\/p><\/div>\n<h3><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A one-day seminar organised by Istituto di Ricerca Prout (IRP) at Parma, Italy, was addressed by Ac Krtashivananda director of Global Prout Research Institute.<br \/>\nIn the light of the harmful consequences of Globalization of Economy for every single country, the agenda of the seminar has been centered on the neccessity to develope the local economy.<br \/>\nIs has been explained by Ac.
